People Advisor Location: London Bridge, Old Street & Kingston (Hybrid – 3 days office, 2 days home) Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join a growing, purpose-led organisation operating across three well-known travel brands. Working within a small, collaborative People team, you'll support approximately 260 UK employees and play a key role in delivering a people-first HR service across multiple London offices. This is a broad generalist role offering exposure to employee relations, HR projects, policy development, manager coaching, and process improvement within a business that values a human, empathetic approach to HR. Key Responsibilities • Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle • Manage a wide range of employee relations cases, including increasingly complex matters • Update, develop and embed HR policies and processes across the business • Support HR administration including contracts, reporting and employee documentation • Deliver and contribute to HR projects including training, employee engagement and DE&I initiatives • Build strong relationships with managers across three brands and support a positive employee experience • Travel regularly between the London offices to provide visible HR support Ideal Candidate • Previous experience in a People Advisor or HR Generalist role • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice • Confident managing employee relations cases from start to finish • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing a varied workload • Passionate about delivering a people-first, non-corporate HR approach • Experience improving HR processes and supporting change initiatives • CIPD qualified (or working towards) is desirable but not essential Interested?
