Job description

We are recruiting for a well known cultural organisation based in London for a permanent People Data & Systems Manager to lead the development of workforce reporting, people analytics and HR systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how people data is used across the organisation, supporting strategic decision-making and driving continuous improvement. You will be responsible for developing insightful workforce reporting and dashboards, providing analysis on key people metrics, and ensuring HR systems are optimised, user-friendly and fit for future business needs. Working closely with colleagues across People, Finance, IT and senior leadership teams, you will lead initiatives that improve processes, strengthen data quality and enhance system functionality. The successful candidate will have significant experience working with people data, analytics and reporting, alongside strong HR systems knowledge. You will be confident using advanced Excel and Power BI to create meaningful reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear and actionable insights for a range of stakeholders. Experience leading systems improvements, implementations or data migration projects, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, will be essential. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and data-driven professional who enjoys combining analytics, technology and continuous improvement to make a real organisational impact. Hybrid policy is 3 days a week in central London.
