Job description

An impressive and rapidly growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced People Operations & HRIS Lead to join the team headquartered in London. The business embraces flexibility so you can work remotely but please note that there will be a requirement to travel to other sites across the UK. Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will help build the operational foundations of the people function. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced organisation, and you will play a key role in supporting HRIS implementation, improving data accuracy and supporting the end-to-end HR lifecycle. You will support the people workstream for newly acquired businesses, support system training for Managers and own the development of the employee handbook. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and optimising the Group’s HR platform, creating scalable people processes, improving data accuracy and ensuring managers and colleagues receive a consistent, professional and efficient HR service. In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a capable HR professional with hands-on HRIS implementation experience, ideally within a professional services organisation. You will have a strong commercial and people focussed background and have a proven track record of driving continuous improvement across the full HR scope. Holding a CIPD qualification is advantageous to your application as well as experience with HiBob software or similar systems. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a HRIS Lead to support the creation of a dedicated HR function for a new business that has vast expansion plans.
