People Partner (Employee Relations) - 6 month FTC Location: Ashford, Kent (4 days on site ideally) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 (flexible for the right candidate) Duration: 6 months (immediate start preferred) We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our client on a 6-month contract basis. This is a high-impact role, playing a central part in understanding workplace culture challenges, conducting investigations and helping shape meaningful, lasting change in a complex operational environment. Key responsibilities will include: • Lead a focused workplace culture review, identifying causes behind behavioural, engagement, and organisational challenges • Conduct fair and evidence-based investigations, gathering insights through interviews, data analysis, and onsite observations • Analyse findings and produce a clear, actionable report with practical recommendations • Provide expert guidance to the leadership team, supporting the implementation of recommendations and embedding sustainable cultural change The successful candidate will have: • Proven experience in workplace culture, organisational development, or employee relations • Strong track record of conducting complex investigations and delivering insightful, evidence-based outcomes • Ability to analyse data and translate this into clear recommendations • Confidence working in a fast-paced and operational environment • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels • Availability to start at short notice This is a great opportunity to work on a high-profile piece of work and help shape and improve workplace culture in a meaningful way so if you have a passion for improving workplace culture and driving change, please apply now.
