As a People Services Administrator, you will provide key administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, acting as a first point of contact for employee queries and ensuring a high-quality, efficient service. You will play an important role in maintaining accurate HR records, supporting HR processes, and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Join Cadent and be part of something big. How You’ll Make an Impact In this role, you’ll support the delivery of HR services by providing high-quality administrative and customer support. Your responsibilities will include: • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries via phone, email, and other channels • Providing advice and guidance or signposting queries to the appropriate teams • Supporting HR processes including onboarding, absence management, and employee records • Maintaining accurate HR systems, databases, and employee files • Preparing and issuing documentation such as contracts, letters, and forms • Supporting probation reviews, exit processes, and general HR administration • Managing shared inboxes and ensuring responses meet SLAs • Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business • Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with Cadent policies and procedures • Contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence How We’ll Know You’re the Right Fit We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and customer-focused. You’ll ideally demonstrate: • Working towards CIPD L3 or equivalent • Experience in an administrative or customer service role • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) • High attention to detail and accuracy • Confidence working with data and systems • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office • A collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships • An interest in HR (CIPD or similar is desirable but not essential) • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn How It All Comes Together • Pay rate: £13.53 per hour (PAYE, paid weekly) • Assignment duration: 12 months • Start date: ASAP • Location: Pilot Way, Ansty Park, Coventry, West Midlands, CV7 9JU • Working pattern: Hybrid 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH, Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week (between 8am – 5pm) How This Role Benefits You Don’t meet every single requirement listed?
