People Specialist Wiltshire £50,000–£55,000 Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) Opportunity to join on either a 6-month FTC contract or as a permanent employee Are you an experienced People professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving business? We're partnering with a successful, global, high-growth SME that is undergoing an exciting period of business transformation. As a trusted People Specialist, you'll support key corporate functions, providing expert HR advice while helping to shape and deliver a modern, commercially focused People agenda. This is a broad and hands-on role where you'll balance operational HR with strategic projects, playing a key part in driving automation, process improvement and organisational change. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with leaders across corporate functions. • Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations matters, ensuring commercially balanced and legally compliant outcomes. • Support business-wide transformation and change programmes, including restructures and organisational change initiatives. • Lead and contribute to HR process improvement and automation projects to enhance efficiency and employee experience. • Ensure policies and practices remain aligned with current UK employment legislation and HR best practice. • Coach and support managers to build capability and confidence in people management. • Contribute to wider People initiatives that support business growth and organisational effectiveness. About you: • Proven experience in a People Partner or People Specialist role. • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or 7 • Strong Employee Relations experience, with excellent knowledge of current UK employment law. • Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or restructuring programmes. • Passionate about improving processes and embracing automation and continuous improvement. • Commercially minded with the confidence to influence and build strong stakeholder relationships. • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth SME environment where priorities evolve quickly.
