The Role:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing and optimising paid media activity across Meta, Google and TikTok, with opportunities to expand into additional channels. This hands-on role will involve managing significant advertising budgets, scaling customer acquisition, improving profitability and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and additional growth channels.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across all paid acquisition platforms.
• Manage Google Performance Max, Shopping, Search and Remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation decisions.
• Monitor and analyse paid media performance across daily, weekly and monthly reporting cycles.
• Track key performance metrics including NC-CPA, ROAS, POAS, MER, CAC and customer acquisition trends.
• Use attribution platforms such as Triple Whale to support budget allocation and scaling decisions.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing advertising assets.
• Identify emerging creative trends within the fashion, retail and e-commerce space.
• Develop compelling ad copy, hooks and calls-to-action.
• Create structured testing frameworks across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.
• Manage and allocate advertising budgets across paid media channels.
• Adjust spend based on performance, profitability and business priorities.
About You:
• 3-5 years' experience managing paid media campaigns within an e-commerce, retail, fashion or DTC environment.
• Proven experience scaling profitable campaigns and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Strong expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Merchant Centre and GA4.
• Experience using attribution platforms such as Triple Whale or similar tools.
