Job description
We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role responsible for running production lines safely and efficiently while supporting quality, performance, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate machinery and meet production targets
• Follow and promote all health & safety procedures
• Support SOP creation and ensure compliance
• Carry out product checks and use calibrated equipment
• Complete production reporting and shift handovers
• Assist with basic maintenance and material control
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ manufacturing experience
• Apprentice trained or equivalent
• FLT experience (preferred)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexible to work shifts and weekends
