About the role
You’ll support the UK Leadership Team with comprehensive administrative and organisational assistance, helping to ensure priorities are managed smoothly across a busy and evolving environment.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing complex diaries, meetings and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time
• Acting as a key point of contact, providing responsive and solutions-focused support
• Coordinating travel, accommodation and expenses for senior stakeholders
• Preparing meeting materials, presentations and agendas
• Taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
• Identifying and improving processes to enhance team efficiency
Who we’re looking for
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills who is ready to grow their career in a dynamic, professional environment.
• Previous experience in a Personal Assistant or administrative role supporting senior stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of discretion
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and managing digital systems
• A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
