Title: EL/PL Solicitor/CILEX Location: Preston, Lancashire A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join its highly regarded defendant insurance litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of Employers' Liability and Public Liability claims within a supportive and collaborative environment. The Opportunity You will manage or assist on a range of defendant insurance litigation matters, including complex EL/PL claims involving liability, personal injury and contractual disputes.
