Job description
• Monitor, audit, and review the performance of Hard FM services delivered by the PFI Project Company across the Bexley PFI estate.
• Undertake routine and ad-hoc inspections of PFI buildings and services. Ensuring to demonstrate compliance across multiple compliance legislation
• Maintain accurate records of performance data, audit outcomes, defects, and remedial actions.
• Plan and organize an auditing structure which ensure compliance with the PFI contract. Will be required to manage rectification works and sign off works accordingly in line with compliance expectations.
• Support the validation of monthly performance reports and payment mechanisms.
• Support day-to-day management of the PFI contract working with site teams, clinical users, and contractors.
• Assist in coordination of access, permits to work, and estate inspections.
• Track issues through governance routes ensuring timely closure.
• Support identification and prioritisation of backlog maintenance and defects
• Plan, manage and coordinate both internal and inter-site moves across the trust estate
• Provide onsite Facilities cover at Queen Marys Hospital (QMH) Monday and Friday
• Support assurance that services comply with statutory, regulatory, and NHS requirements.
• Participate and where appropriate lead in audits including PLACE, CQC, and fire safety inspections.
• Support the management of PFI-related known issues and risks.
• Support investigation and resolution of incidents and defects.
• Attend and contribute to PFI performance and governance meetings.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and briefing papers.
• Maintain complete and accurate audit trails and contract documentation.
• Use CAFM systems and audit tools to capture and analyse data.
• Ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Support service improvement through trend analysis.
• Communicate professionally with contractors, staff, and estates colleagues.
• Provide clear written and verbal feedback on findings.
• Escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
