We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Pharmacist to join our Primary Care team at HMP Stafford, a category C Prison located in Staffordshire.
Must be a prescriber. HMP Stafford has a capacity of 741 males.
You will be part of a team of 7 and based within healthcare department, we are looking for a Pharmacist who can prescribe. Hours
• Monday - Friday
• 22.5 hours per week - 3 days per week
• 8am - 4pm
Salary This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary between £51,643- £57,955 per annum depending on experience. This will be pro rota.
• Independent prescribing experience essential
• Preferably experience within a GP surgery supporting prescribing alongside doctors and ANP's
• Desirable experience completing structured medication reviews
