UNLOCK YOUR BEST WORK LIFE + MAKE A DIFFERENCE TO EVERY LIFE We have an exciting opportunity for a part time Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team at HMP Five Wells, a category C  Prison located in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. HMP Five Wells has a capacity of 1800 males.    HMP Five Wells is a GPHC Registered Pharmacy, the prison has its own pharmacy on site with 7 administration points based on each house block and will be working as part of a large pharmacy team of 14    As a Pharmacist, you will act as an Independent Prescriber, delivering patient-centred, evidence-based care to optimise medicines, improve clinical outcomes, and support the safe and effective use of medications. Experience in conducting Structured Medication Reviews (SMRs) is desirable.   Hours:  • 24 hours per week  • Wed, Thur and Friday  • 8am - 4pm  This position is part time, youll receive an annual salary between £34,428 - £38,636 per annum - depending on experience.
