As Pharmacy Manager, you'll lead the pharmacy department, ensuring safe and effective medicines management in the hospital. Collaborating with the hospital leadership, you'll develop pharmacy services, drive quality improvement, and support medicines optimisation. Your responsibilities include: • Leading the pharmacy department. • Supporting the pharmacy team for patient care. • Driving quality improvement and medicines optimisation. • Collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues. • Providing clinical advice across the hospital. • Delivering dispensing services for inpatients and outpatients. • Participating in clinical pharmacy services. • Supporting governance and quality frameworks. • Shaping the future of pharmacy services. Essential requirements: • MPharm, BPharm, BSc (Pharm), or equivalent. • Current GPhC registration. • Post-registration hospital pharmacy experience.
