Would you like to work for an independent pharmacy company supporting the production of weekly blister packs for our patients? This role is available on a full-time, part-time or job share basis. Please indicate your preferred working pattern in your application. Working days are Monday - Saturday on a rota basis. Deans Pharmacy supply weekly medication blister packs to our patients in the Lanarkshire area. Recruiting the right people is an integral part of developing our team. The role involves operating automated production (repackaging) of medication for patients into weekly blister packs. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the machinery. Working under the direction of the Robot Manager, you will need to be an engaging, enthusiastic operator, fast learner, and capable of carrying out work accurately and efficiently. No pharmacy experience required for this role Duties & Responsibilities · Operate and oversee the running of the production line · Undertake basic routine cleaning of machinery · Perform daily equipment checks · Examine products to verify conformance to quality and accuracy standards · Complete all procedural paperwork and documentation to a high standard · Organise and place orders to replenish stock Personal Attributes Honest and trustworthy Respectful Reliable, with excellent timekeeping A team player with a positive approach to flexible work practices Able to maintain a flexible and positive attitude to the needs of the business Willingness to assist other Team Members, offering help and sharing knowledge whenever possible.
