As a Primary Care Pharmacy Technician, you will work within professional standards and defined boundaries, supporting your General Practice team in collaboration with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians across PCN. You will contribute to resolving medication-related queries, work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team, enhance patient outcomes, and support initiatives that improve access to healthcare services.
