Job Description: Job Title: Picking/Packing Operative Location: Croydon Hours: • Monday to Friday • 06:00 - 16:00 Salary: £12.71 per hour Responsibilities: • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack items for customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. • Making Kits: Assemble kits according to customer specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness. • Delivering Goods: Prepare goods for delivery, ensuring flexibility and a choice of shipping methods. • General Warehouse Duties: Assist with other tasks as needed, including maintaining cleanliness and organization in the warehouse, some heavy lifting involved. Requirements: • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in performing quality and quantity checks to ensure all goods meet our high standards. • Reliable and Hardworking: Dependable with a strong work ethic, consistently showing up on time and ready to work. • Flexible: Willing to work rotating shifts and adapt to various tasks as needed. • Physically Fit: Capable of performing manual handling tasks. • Good Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
