Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Assistant

• To manage the Section 106 scoping process seeking the views of stakeholders as to the need for contributions, recording responses and working with planning officers and legal officers to secure timely agreements. • To assist in managing the Community Infrastructure Levy scoping process in cooperation with the Planning Infrastructure Monitoring Officer. • To assess the CIL requirements on Planning Applications and determine whether development triggers liabilities for CIL. • To be the Council’s collection officer in relation to the issuing of all CIL Notices. • Issue decisions on the application of the CIL exemptions in line with Council adopted policy, and the application of surcharges and late payment interest on liable development.
