Planning & Support – Team ManagerField Motor Engineering | Davies | Hybrid Role Lead. Influence. Drive Performance. At Davies, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to lead our Field Motor Engineering Planning & Support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and is passionate about delivering excellence in customer and client outcomes. You will be based 2 days per week in our Bolton Office In this role, you will take ownership of team performance, manage escalations, and ensure claims and engineering activity are delivered to the highest standards—while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
