Plot Sales Paralegal £26,000 - £35,000 P/a (Dependant On Experience) Manchester BCR/AB/32447 Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be searching for a plot sales paralegal to join a dedicated plot sales, working for a global law firm. The role includes but is not limited to: • S38/S278 Agreements • Completing S104 Agreements • Deeds of Easement for Gas Electricity. Fibre and water suppliers • Transfer of open space or other ad hoc transfer at development sites • Attending marketing and networking events with clients and intermediaries The Ideal Candidate: • 3 years previous experience in dealing with infrastructure agreements • LPC or ILEX qualified • Amazing communication skills, written and verbal • Keen attention to detail • Good knowledge of MS365 packages This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Plot Sales Paralegal to join a global law firm!
