Plumber (Multi Trade)

Location: West Midlands Hours: Monday-Friday, 37 hours Long term contract/temp to perm Pay: Up to £27.00ph Your new company A West Midlands housing association is seeking an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade to carry out day-to-day reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties. This is a short-term contract covering sickness, with the possibility of extension and long-term employment. Your new role • Responsive plumbing repairs in occupied homes • Fixing leaks, pipework, taps, wastes, cylinders and sanitary ware • Basic multi-trade tasks such as patch plastering, minor joinery and making good • Working independently across local housing stock What you'll need to succeed • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Level 2 in Plumbing (desirable) • Previous experience in social housing reactive maintenance • Own van and tools preferred (option for van provision later) • Strong plumbing skills with multi-trade capability What you'll get in return • Up to £27 per hour • 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday • Possibility of becoming a full-time permanent employee What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
