Job description
The PMO Lead will be responsible for setting up and running the PMO for a large, enterprise-wide transformation programme enabled by SAP S/4HANA, with wider digital and AI elements. The role is focused on SAP delivery, governance, planning, reporting, risk management and assurance.

Description
Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage the programme PMO, including governance, reporting, planning, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control.
• Own and maintain the integrated programme plan across different workstreams, teams, markets, and delivery phases.
• Make sure the programme plan reflects the key stages of SAP S/4HANA delivery, including design, build, testing, mock conversions, deployment waves, and cutover planning.
• Track programme progress, risks, issues, actions, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leaders on programme health, delivery confidence, readiness, and areas needing attention.
• Coordinate readiness checkpoints across business, technology, data, controls, security, and deployment teams.
Required Experience
• Strong experience leading a PMO on large transformation programmes.
• Significant experience in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA-enabled transformation programmes.
• Good understanding of SAP delivery methodology and key programme stages.
• Experience managing integrated plans, RAID logs, governance forums, reporting, assurance, and change control.
• Experience working in matrixed environments with multiple teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong delivery background

Job Offer
• Competitive salary up to £140,000 per annum.
• 18% target bonus for high performance.
• Generous car allowance of £6,420 per year.
