Help shape the future of strategic change Are you an experienced PMO professional who thrives on creating structure, driving consistency and enabling successful delivery? We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking PMO Manager to establish and continuously improve our project, programme and portfolio management framework. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in how strategic change is governed, delivered and measured across our organisation. The Role As PMO Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, embedding and continually enhancing our project, programme and portfolio management approach. You'll ensure our change initiatives are delivered consistently, transparently and in line with our strategic objectives. You'll lead the development of portfolio reporting, governance and performance management, providing senior leaders with the insight and assurance they need to make informed investment and prioritisation decisions. Working closely with project and programme managers, you'll champion best practice, coach delivery teams and drive continuous improvement across our change portfolio. What You'll Be Doing • Develop and maintain project and programme delivery frameworks, methodologies, standards, templates and tools. • Embed consistent governance, planning, risk, issue, dependency, benefits and change control processes. • Support and coach project and programme managers to drive high-quality delivery. • Develop portfolio reporting that provides meaningful insight for senior leaders and governance boards. • Monitor portfolio performance, resource demand, risks and interdependencies. • Support portfolio prioritisation and investment decision-making. • Facilitate governance meetings and prepare high-quality reporting and decision papers. • Lead lessons learned activities and continuously improve delivery practices across the organisation. About You You'll be an experienced PMO or Portfolio Management professional with a proven track record of improving delivery frameworks and governance within a complex or regulated environment. You'll also bring: • Significant experience in PMO, portfolio, programme or change management. • Experience designing and implementing project and programme delivery frameworks. • Strong portfolio reporting and governance experience for senior stakeholders. • Excellent understanding of project, programme and portfolio management principles. • Experience with governance, assurance, risk and performance management. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex programme data into clear, actionable insight. • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills. • A continuous improvement mindset and pragmatic approach to problem solving. • Experience using work management platforms such as Monday or Asana. • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and data analysis. • Knowledge of P3M3 and integrated portfolio planning is desirable.
