Podiatry work for 12 months within the Sedgefield locality to cover maternity leave. Clinical and Domiciliary work. To be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of podiatric care for patients within a team caseload To provide appropriate podiatric health education to patients and carers To ensure that all interventions are designed using, where possible, evidence based practice and to evaluate outcomes To work across acute, community and primary health care sectors as part of a multidisciplinary team with direct input to patient care providing advice to patients and carers To be responsible for the maintenance of their own documentation for patient records, reports and audits.
