Learning Support Assistant Are you a compassionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We are seeking an exceptional Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive team in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant to work within a specialist setting where every day brings new rewards and challenges. This Post 16 SEN school in Greenwich supports children and young people with ASD and ADHD. We are looking for a committed Learning Support Assistant who is passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential. As a Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide high-quality support both inside and outside the classroom. About the Role Based in Greenwich, you will support pupils with special educational needs, helping them access learning and develop independence. You will contribute to a positive and nurturing environment where all pupils feel valued and supported. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting pupils with their learning, communication, and social development. • Assisting with classroom activities and tailored intervention programmes. • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and therapists. • Providing personal care where required.
