Temporary Poultry Assistant Location: Linton-on-Ouse Immediate Start Temporary Assignment (Approx. 3 Months) £12.71 per Hour 15–25 Hours Per Week We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Poultry Assistant to support our client based in Linton-on-Ouse. This is a fantastic opportunity for students, recent graduates, or individuals with experience working with animals who are looking for immediate, hands-on work. Key Responsibilities • Assisting with the care and handling of poultry • Cleaning and maintaining poultry housing and working areas • Supporting day-to-day farm operations • Ensuring high standards of animal welfare are maintained • Following all health and safety procedures About You • Experience working with animals is desirable but not essential • Students studying Animal Care, Agriculture, Veterinary Science, or a related subject are encouraged to apply • Confident working around animals and not afraid of handling them • Physically fit and capable of carrying out manual duties • Previous cleaning or hygiene experience would be advantageous • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently • Available to start immediately and commit to a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months Essential Requirements Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Access to your own vehicle (essential due to the rural location) Immediate availability If you're looking for a rewarding temporary role working with animals and can start straight away, we'd love to hear from you.
