Powder Coat Sprayer Location: Cirencester Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: £13.00 – £13.50 per hour Working Pattern: 4-Day Week (39 Hours) with Overtime Available The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled or semi-skilled Powder Coat Sprayer to join a busy and growing production environment. This role is ideal for an individual with powder coating experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and is keen to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Working with a modern powder coating system, you will play a key role in maintaining product quality, supporting production efficiency, and ensuring equipment operates effectively. Key Responsibilities • Apply powder coatings to products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish. • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently. • Monitor coating quality and carry out visual inspections to ensure standards are met. • Identify, investigate, and resolve coating and production issues. • Support the development and optimisation of powder coating processes. • Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance activities. • Assist in developing and refining paint schemes and application methods. • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area. • Work closely with production colleagues to achieve quality and productivity targets. • Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute ideas for process improvements. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years' experience in powder coating, industrial painting, or a similar finishing environment. • Good understanding of powder coating processes and equipment operation. • Ability to identify faults and troubleshoot production issues. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn new skills and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
