Power Press Operator Permanent Monday to Friday, Double Days Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance Castle Donington Power Press Operator Job Description • Operate Power Press machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with job operation cards and work instructions. • Set up tooling and dies, adjusting press parameters including stroke and tonnage where required. • Read and interpret engineering drawings, work cards and manufacturing specifications. • Provide manufacturing support across Paint, Degrease, Berk Spray and other production processes following full training. • Work in line with all Health & Safety and aerospace quality standards. Power Press Operator Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications • Previous experience operating Power Press machinery within a manufacturing environment. • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation. • Strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail. • Flexible attitude with a willingness to train across additional manufacturing processes.
