The Role As the school's PPA Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Ensure continuity of learning by following school planning and adapting lessons to meet pupils' needs. Create positive, inclusive learning environments where children are motivated to succeed. Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and pupil wellbeing. Provide clear feedback to class teachers to support assessment and pupil progress. Work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure consistently high-quality teaching throughout the school. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Has recent experience teaching within UK primary schools. Is confident delivering lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Builds positive relationships quickly and adapts confidently to different classes. Has excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for all learners. Is organised, flexible and enjoys working as part of a collaborative school team.
