Job description

We have an exciting role with our client based in Norwich who are looking to recruit a Biddable Manager to manage their large paid social media and PPC campaigns The role responsibility will be to drive the maximum number of quality leads into the business. Main Responsibilities • Management of Paid Social channels for 3 national market leading brands with laser focus on ROI. • Working with eight figure budgets on diverse range of biddable accounts, platforms (e.g. Meta, Google & Microsoft) and campaign types (e.g. Paid Social, Search, Pmax, Demand Gen). • Developing & implementing audience (including first party data) and creative strategies which drive performance and growth for paid social channels. • Optimising and briefing the wider team to create bespoke landing pages for paid social to maximise the volume of high-quality leads. • Manage bids utilising an array of fully automated bidding solutions to offline conversion actions. • Digital agency and supplier liaison from tech providers and key media owners including Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads. • Collaborate with an award-winning London based Search agency to implement cutting edge PPC technology. • Collaborate with tech platform Account and Industry managers to optimise campaigns and drive performance delivery. • Martech usage including Google Marketing Platform (Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, Display Video 360). Other martech including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Bot Management tool. • Report into Biddable Media Lead to ensure all activity falls in line with the wider paid media strategy. Performance measures • Primary Paid Media metrics such as cost per acquisition and return on investment/advertising spend. • Secondary Paid Media metrics including of cost per click, click through rate, conversion rate. • Spend to planned budget & cost of sale % by region by product. Knowledge and Experience • Digital marketing background (either client or agency side). • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience of hands-on management of large paid social campaigns and budgets. • Excellent analytical skills. • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats. • Proficient user of Microsoft packages. • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform particularly CM & SA360. • Experience in Lead Generation preferrable • Knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads interfaces and Editors (although full training will be given). • Specific Digital Marketing qualifications. • Meta Blueprint certified Please apply with your updated CV.
