Groves Health is seeking a motivated and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team and deliver high quality patient care. This role is based at our Hinchley Wood Surgery. The role includes a broad range of clinical responsibilities, such as patient assessments, care planning, treatment room duties, and the delivery of Chronic Disease Management clinics. You will also undertake specific tasks including travel health consultations, cervical screening, childhood immunisations, wound care, venepuncture, and routine health checks. Working closely with GPs, fellow nurses, and the wider healthcare team, you will play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will maintain accurate patient records, provide health education and counselling, and stay up to date with current clinical guidelines and best practice.
