Pre-School Room Leader Location: City of London - currently based in Barbican, relocating to a brand-new Shoreditch site Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are working with a well-established, high-quality private nursery group in Central London that is looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Pre-School Room Leader. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking setting that is about to relocate to a state-of-the-art nursery in Shoreditch, offering a fantastic working environment and opportunities for career progression. About the Role As a Pre-School Room Leader, you will take full responsibility for leading and managing a busy pre-school room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning, anddevelopment for children aged 3-5 years. You will play a key role in shaping the curriculum, mentoring staff, and creating an engaging and stimulating environment that supports every child's individual development.
