Main Responsibilities: As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include: • Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. • You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. • You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required. Ideal Candidate: What we look for in new colleagues: • Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council. • Independent prescribing qualification. • Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in the prioritisation and decision-making aspects of the role. • Previous general practice experience is desirable.
