Your RoleAs a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will: • Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher. • Maintain a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment. • Support pupils' learning and behaviour throughout the school day. • Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff. • Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups. • Follow all school policies and safeguarding procedures. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need: • Previous experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting. • A degree, Level 3 qualification, or relevant education-related qualification is desirable. • Strong classroom management and communication skills. • An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one. • A commitment to safeguarding and completing annual safeguarding training. • The right to work in the UK.
