The Role As a Primary SEN Teacher, you will: • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with a range of special educational needs • Create and implement personalised learning strategies and interventions • Work closely with support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils • Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching approaches where necessary • Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed What We're Looking For • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification • Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in a specialist or mainstream setting • Strong knowledge of inclusive teaching practices and differentiated learning • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • A patient, resilient, and proactive approach • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs to achieve their full potential About the School This is a well-regarded, community-focused primary school in Newham, known for its inclusive ethos and commitment to supporting every child.
