Primary SEND Teaching AssistantBrent | September Start | Full-Time£95+ per day PAYE | Pay Review after 12 Weeks SANZA Teaching Agency is working with a fantastic primary school in Brent to recruit a full-time SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a school that genuinely invests in its support staff. The leadership team are incredibly welcoming, the SEND provision is excellent, and many of their Teaching Assistants have gone on to complete teacher training. The RoleYou'll be supporting children across Reception and Key Stage 1, working both 1:1 and with small groups of pupils with a range of additional needs. The school is looking for someone who can build strong relationships, think creatively and help children become confident, independent learners. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone with plenty of energy, patience and a positive attitude. We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have Experience In: • Teaching Assistant or Learning Support roles • Early Years • Youth Work • Sports Coaching • Dance, Drama or Performing Arts • Creative Arts • Care or Support Work • Working with children in any capacity The school values personality just as much as experience and is keen to meet people who can bring enthusiasm and creativity into the classroom.
