Requirements for the Role • Practical experience working alongside children, ideally within a primary school or early years setting. • A patient, enthusiastic, and highly proactive approach to supporting group learning. • Good standard of literacy and numeracy (GCSE English and Math at grade C/4 or above). • A valid Enhanced DBS check or a willingness to complete one immediately through Randstad. • Strong interpersonal skills to build quick, trusted rapport with pupils and staff.
