This is a permanent, and full-time contract. The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Primary Teacher / Primary ECT who is keen to add value to a thriving Primary team. They are renowned for supportive SLT, strong behaviour, excellent staff culture and a real focus on raising attainment across the board. The schools are well invested in the Education sector, setting new teaching practices, developing their own staff and heavily investing in CPD, coaching and wellbeing. It is an exciting time to join! ECTs are welcomed and will be enrolled onto the schools very own bespoke ECT induction, have a dedicated mentor, regular observations, in-house and out of house training and the chance to work alongside a range of young and experienced Primary Teachers.
