We are currently recruiting for a Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, welcoming, and friendly primary school in Chatham from September. The Role: Supporting pupils within a Year 1 classroom Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed Encouraging positive behaviour and pupil development Helping to create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children in a school setting A positive, patient, and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills A passion for supporting children's learning and development An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) What's on Offer?
