This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school environment and make a meaningful impact on pupils' learning, development, and wellbeing throughout the school year. About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils both academically and socially, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. This is a classroom-based role supporting pupils throughout the school day and contributing to their overall progress and development. Key Responsibilities • Support teaching and learning within the classroom • Assist the class teacher with lesson delivery and daily routines • Deliver small-group interventions where required • Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development • Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment • Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We're Looking For • Previous experience working with children in an education or care setting • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • A patient, proactive, and supportive approach • Experience supporting pupils with additional needs is desirable • A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential This Role Is Not Suitable If: • You have no experience working with children • You are seeking non-education-based work • You are unable to commit to full-time school hours • You are not comfortable working in a classroom environment What We Offer • Competitive daily pay (£95–£100 per day) • Weekly PAYE pay every Friday • Full-time, long-term opportunity from September • Supportive school environment • Access to CPD and training opportunities • Ongoing support from a dedicated Partnership Manager (Katie) • Refer-a-friend scheme Apply TodayApply now or contact:
