The Principal Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving technology initiatives within the industrial and manufacturing industry. Based in a brand new Birmingham office 4 days per week, this role will focus on delivering impactful solutions to meet business needs effectively.

Description
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements within the technology department.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and process workflows.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology-driven projects on time and within scope.
• Act as a key liaison between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment.
• Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business cases, user stories, and process maps.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts within the team.
Profile
A successful Principal Business Analyst should have:
• A strong background in business analysis, it would be advantageous to have Sales, Sales Enablement &/or commercial project experience.
• Proven experience in delivering IT & Technology.
• Able to lead a practice of BA and Senior BA's.
• High levels of commercial accumen and an understanding of sales functions.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and process workflows.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
• Enjoys a collaborative, in-office approach with 4 days per week on site in Birmingham
Job Offer
• A salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
