Principal C# Developer - SGI

Principal C# / .NET Engineer - Development Lead Initial 6 month contract Start date - ASAP London - Hybrid What you'll be doing: • Leading solution design and hands-on development in C# / .NET • Working across MongoDB, SQL Server, and enterprise messaging (Kafka / ActiveMQ) • Supporting migration to OpenShift/Kubernetes-based container platforms • Mentoring developers and setting engineering direction • Applying modern engineering practices SOLID, microservices, contract-first API design What we're looking for: • Expert C# / .NET, with strong .NET Core / modern .NET experience • Proven track record as a senior developer, tech lead, or principal engineer • Strong document database (MongoDB) and relational database/SQL skills • Experience with container platforms (OpenShift/Kubernetes preferred) • Comfortable operating in a regulated, delivery-focused environment • Financial services background is essential By applying for this role, you consent to SGI contacting you by telephone regarding recruitment services, market updates, and relevant business opportunities We believe in equal opportunity for all and actively encourage applications from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
