What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do: • Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for complex data products and services • Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and investment decisions • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product outcomes • Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and design • Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities • Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions • Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the growth of the wider product community • Support business development activities through client engagement and bid work About the Candidate The successful Principal Product Manager (Data) will have: • Strong experience delivering complex data products, platforms or services • A proven background in product strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation • Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Analytics and Architecture teams • Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving strategic decisions • A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments • Previous consultancy or highly regulated industry experience is desirable What's in it for You? • Salary from £78,000 - £90,000 • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements • Strong career progression opportunities • Ongoing learning and professional development • Opportunity to work on impactful, high-profile programmes • Collaborative and supportive working environment To hear more about the Principal Product Manager (Data) role, contact Daire McIlhatton at .
