• Lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of high-quality training programmes for the Trust's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other digital systems.
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops and one-to-one support to a wide range of staff, adapting approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
• Develop and maintain user-focused training materials, ensuring they remain accurate, up to date and aligned with system and service changes.
• Provide expert advice and support to users, promoting safe, effective and consistent use of digital systems.
• Lead on learner assessment, training evaluation and quality assurance, using feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate training delivery across multiple sites, supporting implementation, optimisation and go-live activities.
• Manage and support training staff, promoting high standards, consistency and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational and technical teams to ensure training supports programme objectives and organisational priorities.
• Contribute to system design, testing and training environment management to ensure alignment with live systems.
• Support governance, compliance and reporting requirements, maintaining accurate training records and ensuring audit readiness.
• Lead and contribute to change management, service improvement and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Participate in extended service and go-live support when required, ensuring successful adoption of new digital solutions.
