Job description

The RoleOur client is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team based in Bromsgrove. The role involves providing secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within a busy and supportive team environment. Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Private Client team. • Draft correspondence, undertake audio typing, and prepare documents. • Manage files, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval. • Handle telephone enquiries, arrange appointments, and assist clients where appropriate. • Maintain diaries and support general administrative tasks. • Deliver high standards of client care across all interactions. • Support the team in ensuring efficient and accurate delivery of legal services. Candidate Requirements • Previous experience in a legal or professional services secretarial role is preferred. • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. • Competent in audio typing and dictation. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Professional, reliable, and client-focused approach.
