Private Client Paralegal | Leading Legal 500 Firm | London Are you an ambitious Private Client Paralegal looking to develop your career with a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm? An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Paralegal to join the expanding Private Client team of a long established and well respected London law firm. This role is ideal for a Private Client Paralegal with at least one year's experience who is looking to gain exposure to high quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment. Working alongside experienced Private Client Solicitors, you will assist with a broad range of Private Client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney and trusts, while receiving ongoing training and mentoring to support your long term career development. The role is primarily based in London with occasional travel between offices where required. The successful Private Client Paralegal will be involved in: • Assisting with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trust documentation and Deeds of Severance • Supporting the administration of probate and estates, including preparing probate applications and inheritance tax forms • Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, banks, HMRC and other third parties • Preparing applications to the Probate Registry and Office of the Public Guardian • Assisting with client onboarding, AML compliance and file management • Drafting correspondence, attendance notes and legal documentation • Monitoring key dates and progressing matters efficiently • Providing day to day support to experienced Private Client Fee Earners The successful Private Client Paralegal will have: • At least one year's experience as a Private Client Paralegal or in a Private Client legal support role • Previous experience assisting with wills, probate, estate administration, trusts or lasting powers of attorney • Excellent communication and client care skills • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines • Experience using a legal case management system would be advantageous This Private Client Paralegal opportunity offers an excellent platform for someone looking to build a long term career in Private Client law.
