Private Client Paralegal Mansfield, Nottinghamshire £25,000-£28,000 per annum Full-time, Permanent SJC Partners is working with a well-established law firm in Mansfield that is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal with experience in Wills, Probate and Estate Administration to join a supportive and established legal practice. The role offers the chance to develop your Private Client experience while working alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload. The Role As a Private Client Paralegal, you will support the team across a broad range of private client matters, including: • Wills and estate planning • Probate and estate administration • Lasting Powers of Attorney • Court of Protection matters • Trusts and related private client work • Drafting legal documents and correspondence • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties • Managing files and assisting with the progression of matters from instruction through to completion Depending on your experience, there may also be the opportunity to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision. About You To be considered for this Private Client Paralegal role, you should have: • Previous experience working within a Private Client department • Experience of Wills, Probate and Estate Administration • Strong client care and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team Applications are welcomed from experienced Private Client Paralegals, Legal Assistants and Legal Executives with relevant private client experience.
