Eventus Legal are seeking a Private Client Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Kidderminster, Worcestershire. This is a permanent job offering a genuine 35-hour working week, flexible hybrid working following probation and the option to work full-time or four days per week. Key responsibilities include: • Managing a broad caseload of private client matters including wills, estate administration, trusts and lasting powers of attorney • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional contacts • Supporting the growth of the department through networking, business development and cross-referral opportunities • Providing clear and practical legal advice tailored to individual client circumstances • Ensuring compliance with professional regulations, firm procedures and industry best practice • Maintaining high standards of client care throughout every stage of the client journey • Working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider business • Managing files efficiently while supporting effective billing and debt management processes • Maintaining accurate records in accordance with GDPR and regulatory requirements About You You will be an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a supportive and forward-thinking law firm.
