Key Responsibilities • Leading and managing a complex portfolio of private client tax matters, including income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, and trust work • Driving business development initiatives and building long term relationships with new and existing clients • Providing strategic tax planning advice to high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates • Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior and senior members of the private client tax team • Collaborating with partners and other senior stakeholders to contribute to the overall growth strategy of the firm Requirements • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment • CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in private client tax • Demonstrable experience managing and developing a team at a senior level • Strong technical knowledge across personal tax, trust taxation, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax planning • Excellent client relationship and business development skills, with a proven ability to win and retain work
