Are you an ambitious and experienced Tax manager? The client is a leading firm based in Cambridge, experiencing rapid growth. Their clients include high-net-worth individuals and businesses offering a varied range of services. They are looking for ambitious individuals to join their Private Client Tax team to aid their growth. Responsibilities: As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will… • Oversee and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth private clients, delivering personalised and strategic tax planning and advice • Ensure compliance with latest tax updates and leading the preparation and review of self-assessment tax returns • Advise on a wide range of tax issues, including income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance tax, for individuals, families, trustees, and partnerships • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and meet clients’ complex needs • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand services and support client growth • Support the development of junior team members by providing mentorship and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement Requirements: As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will need… • ATT and CTA or equivalent professional qualification in taxing or accounting • Experience in managing a private tax portfolio • Experience working with rural clients, particularly in areas of trust and partnership, is preferred but not essential • Communication skills, written and verbal, and ability to explain technical concept to clients • Ability to remain responsive and adaptable to shifting tax regulations and emerging industry trends Benefits: As a Private Client Tax Manager, you will get… • Hybrid working model (Role dependant) • Generous holiday package • Shared parental leave • Fully funded training towards qualification • Private medical insurance Are you a tax manager looking to join an ambitious and passionate team?
